Spud Worship Is Recession-Proof

It's nice to know that some landmark cultural institutions aren't being hit by hard times during this economic downturn. For example, reports are that the Idaho Potato Museum has actually seen an increase in visitors as of late.

Makes me wonder if the Spam Museum in Austin, Minnesota is seeing a similar uptick in attendance.
