The Kitchen Comes Through

After my disappointing Knife Skills class, I thought it only right to kvetch directly to the source themselves - The Neighborhood Kitchen Culinary Arts school. So, kvetch I did and I must say that I was impressed with the response - a phone call from one of the owners with an apology and gift certificate towards a free class of my choosing. They are doing the same for everyone who attended that night.

What have I always said about hospitality and treating customers well? See it pays off in spades - or at the very least, in this public posting about a good gourmet turn.
