New York Magazine's Best Bet of the day suggests that all of us forgo turkey this year, and instead celebrate Thanksgiving by carving up a Turducken:

If you want to really impress your Thanksgiving guests, forget the turkey. I see a Turducken in your future. That is, a turkey that's stuffed with a duck that's stuffed with a chicken, with thin layers of dressing in between.It sounds weird but I gotta tell ya, we had one last year and it was deeeeee-lish.
