Easy As Pie

It's cooling on my counter right now. A righteous specimen of pie-dom, if I do say so myself.

Plum-Blackberry Crumble Pie, fresh from the oven. Might have been worthy of a cameo in the film "Waitress." Definitely deserving of a prime spot at the dinner table tonight. Can't wait to slice into its juicy, buttery, oat-crunch goodness.
