Tripping
Don't worry. I didn't forget to report on California. And, I didn't forget to eat there either!
In between business meetings I met up with friends for marvelous chatter and a glorious Pork Chop at San Francisco's Moose's and then traveled south and dined with another set of chums for primo Mexican fare (pictured above) at The Mission Inn outside LA.
But no sooner do I get home from Cali, when I have to hightail it to another far-off locale. This time though, business isn't the primary motivator in getting me out of town. A pig is.
Well, a pig pickin' to be exact.
My pal Stacy, a Dixie gal through and through, has decided that the best way to celebrate her wedding day with family and friends, is to gather all of us up in her Momma's backyard in Nashville for a Cinco de Mayo shindig that involves numerous Margaritas and copious amounts of barbecued pork.
Needless to say, I'm hog wild for Stacy and her husband-to-be and can't wait to get to Nashville tomorrow. I'll have camera in-hand, so expect some juicy shots of the handsome devil. (Not the groom, mind you. The pig.)
