On My Mind

Been mulling over recipes for an upcoming dinner party.

Fennel keeps coming to mind. Why? I dunno. How will I use it? Not sure. Perhaps with seafood or pork...Hmm...Roasted? In a slaw of some sort? Mashed and mixed into creamy potatoes?

Suggestions anyone?
