Zin Sin

Gosh darn it, I wish I lived in San Francisco right now! Okay, not right now, but definitely January 25 - 28.

A foodie flack just sent me an invite to the 15th Annual Zinfandel Festival. It sounds mighty tasty - especially the Good Eats and Zin pairing dinner. I can practically taste Plumpjack Cafe's Warm Truffled Short Rib Tarts paired with Saddleback Vineyards vino just thinking about it...Mmm...

It is a crying shame that I can't attend this event! Any offers of a private jet to remedy the situation would be greatly appreciated.

Barring that, guess I'll just have to seek solace in my January 26 New York Restaurant Week dinner reservation at I Trulli. Harumph! (Then again, I Trulli is awfully yummy too. And, maybe short ribs and Zin will be on the menu.)
