A Taste of Spring

Only a few days ago it felt like August. Now, April is back in full-force and to be honest I prefer it. Folks, it is April. So revel in it.

I did.

I savored spring at Gottino with a plate of bright green stalks of asparagus topped with a sunnyside-up egg, dusted with Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper.

Spring tasted absolutely right.

No need to rush to summer. It'll get here soon enough.
